PIVATO S.P.A.: The construction company Pivato SPA has been instrumental into the Italian North East economic boom. As a matter of fact Pivato has built all the industrial site of Luxottica group as well as Benetton group. Pivato family has appointed MDA Associati to draw-up and implement the strategic plan to restructure the company and repositioning into the market following the sector crisis of the years 1992/96. The plan has been successfully completed over the 3 years managed by the partners and the MDA assistance in the implementation.
